Hi! I’m Kelsey Sanders and I got into health and wellness to help other women learn their own strength by taking control of what they could control.
I’m a certified Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer who went from my family laughing at me because I was a picky eater who didn’t exercise except when I played sports, to the least picky eater in the family and someone who works out happily and voluntarily every day. I did that with small habit changes that turned into bigger lifestyle changes. And I want to show women how I did it.
